Frequently asked questions.

How do I book a tattoo with you?

You can request an appointment through the Contact page. Please include your idea, size, placement, and any reference images. I’ll respond as soon as possible to discuss your design and schedule a date.

Where are you based? Do you travel?

I am currently travelling in Central America but travel frequently to places like Antigua Guatemala, Chicago, Washington DC, and Oaxaca. I post my travel dates regularly on Instagram and my website. If you'd like to be tattooed in another city, feel free to reach out—guest spots and collaborations are always possible.

What style of tattoos do you do?

I specialize in handpoke (stick and poke) tattoos with an ornamental and delicate aesthetic. I love working with patterns, fine lines, and meaningful symbolism. In addition to handpoke, I also work with machine techniques - especially for fine line, blackwork (black fill), and larger pieces that require more coverage or detail. Whether your drawn to the slow, meditative process of handpoke or the precision and efficiency of machine work, we can choose the method that best suits your design.

What is a handpoke tattoo?

A handpoke tattoo is made manually—dot by dot—without a machine. It's generally more gentle on the skin and heals more quickly. The result is a unique, softer-looking tattoo with a more meditative and personal experience.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Get a good night’s sleep, eat a meal beforehand, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area. Avoid alcohol or blood thinners, such as painkillers, before your session.

How much do you charge?

Pricing depends on the size, complexity, and location of the tattoo. I usually offer a price estimate once I know more about the design. For some flash pieces or small tattoos, I offer set prices. A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Do you take walk-ins?

I mainly work by appointment. However, if I'm traveling or at a guest spot, I sometimes open walk-in days. These are usually announced on Instagram.

Can I see your available flash designs?

Yes! You can find my available flash designs here. I also regularly post new flash on Instagram. Flash is often one-of-a-kind, so once it's claimed, it's gone.

What is your aftercare advice?

After your session, I’ll give you detailed aftercare instructions. In general: keep the tattoo clean, moisturize with fragrance-free lotion, and avoid sun exposure and swimming until it’s fully healed (2-4 weeks). Handpoke tattoos often heal faster but still require good care.

Do you tattoo all skin tones and body types?

Absolutely. I believe tattooing should be inclusive, safe, and empowering. All skin tones, genders, and bodies are welcome.
